Creating Graphics:

Regardless of the image, all graphics are rectangles. The background either matches the background where the graphic is placed or the background is transparent.

Transparent graphic:
Right click over the graphic > Transparent > Choose color. Click on the color you want to be transparent.

Transparent graphic on dark background:  If the edges of the graphic look jagged, then you will need to make the graphic in graphics program and match the background where you will be

placing the graphic. Jagged edges are not a problem with white or very light backgrounds.
To use your own photo above, and make it transparent to keep the geometric graphic behind it showing through: Select your photo, and drag and drop itonto the page, replacing the photo that's there. In the Create tab, use "Graphic Opactiy" to make it transparent.

GippsLandcare is the regional brand that represents the consortium of the five Landcare Networks operating in the West Gippsland Catchment Management Authority (WGCMA) region. The networks are Bass Coast Landcare Network (BCLN), Maffra & District Landcare Network (MDLN), Latrobe Catchment Landcare Network (LCLN), South Gippsland Landcare Network (SGLN) and Yarram Yarram Landcare Network (YYLN). Its aim was to coordinate, promote and implement sustainable land management practices and professional services to the region’s Landcare networks and community.
Its committee of management consists of an executive of elected community Landcare members. GippsLandcare is currently in recess.
GippsLandcare on ground works funding has resulted in the planting of over 1.7 million indigenous trees, shrubs and understorey plants; 370 kg of indigenous seed was sown which together has resulted in1800 ha of strategic re-vegetation across the WGCMA region. These works were done to achieve a range of objectives including the prevention and control of soil erosion, protection of wetland and riparian areas, creation of Biolinks and improved wildlife habitat, salinity mitigation and to provide shelter for stock and pasture. In addition to on-ground works GippsLandcare Smarter Planning Smarter Action project helped 155 landholders to produce working Environmental Best Managagement Practice (EBMP) plans. Overall, 1169 projects were completed.
